We have recently successfully earned the title of "Certified Remodeler" by NARI. Our lead carpenters have been through Lead Carpentry and Construction Supervision training. We do not sell a particular product or service. We analyze the needs of our clients, and custom fit products and services accordingly. We employ a traditional Design/Build philosophy for larger projects. We have also developed a great Exterior Services Division. If we cannot complete a task for you, we'll find someone for you we trust. We manage the entire process in-house, providing turn-key and single source of accountability for our clients. We give a 3 year labor warranty on our labor. We will assist you with manufacturer's warranties on materials we provide. If a product is defective, we charge the manufacturer for service, and not the homeowner. GoodFellas holds licenses required by the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards for both Home Improvement Contracting and for Construction Supervision. GoodFellas employees and sub-contractors are covered under Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance. We are proud members of the Builders Association of Central Massachusetts. To qualify for membership, applicants must have their references checked and applications scrutinized before being voted into the organization. We also belong to the Rutland Business Association, Wachusett Networking Group, Worcester County Visitors Bureau, and the Worcester Chamber of Commerce. GoodFellas gives back to the community.
