Home Additions & Remodeling
The decision to add an addition to your home is a big one. Building an addition can be a large undertaking, both from a time and a financial perspective.
Additions are a great way to maximize living space as well as the enjoyment you get out of your home. For instance, perhaps you’ve always wanted a master suite complete with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double sinks and his and her walk-in closets or you’re looking to add an in-law apartment or a dormer to expand an existing bedroom. Maybe you’re looking to expand your living space by adding an entire floor that includes a state-of-the-art media or family room. No matter what you envision, GoodFellas Construction is here to help every step of the way.
Should We Expand?
Here is a list of factors that may be helpful as you contemplate whether you should expand.
• How much additional square feet should we add?
This is an important question to ask so that you can determine the estimated market value of comparable homes in the area that have similar square footage and features to those that your home, with its newly added addition, will share. The difference between your home’s current market value and the market value of the comparable homes (that have the desired amount of living space) may help you set a budget for your addition, so you can obtain a good return on investment if you ever sell the property.
GoodFellas Construction has designed and built countless additions. Put your trust in us to come up with a design/build plan that fits your budget and your lifestyle while taking into account such an important question as this one.
• Will the design and scale of the addition fit in with our existing home?
GoodFellas Construction uses 3D technology to deliver true-to-life renderings of what the finished addition will look like, so you can see how the expanded space will mesh with your home’s style and size. We will also ensure that the addition seamlessly integrates into the existing structure, by considering the exterior finish painting or siding to be applied, the types of doors and windows to be used, and how it ties into the existing rooflines.
• Can we handle the disruption that may come from building an addition?
Often times, people think that building an addition will be a major headache because the project may seem to go on forever. At GoodFellas Construction, we are committed to providing you with an estimated timetable within which we reasonably believe we can complete the job—from ground work, rough framing, installing heating and cooling units and drywall to applying the finishing touches.

Also please forward this to Dale as well (I don't have his e-mail address) and we greatly appreciate him to be our first patient. We welcome all your staff to our office and we will do anything under our control to provide you utmost care for all your dental needs.
