We are fully licensed—holding licenses required by the Massachusetts Board of Building Regulations and Standards for both Home Improvement Contracting and for Construction Supervision—and fully insured, so you are protected by our workers’ compensation and general liability insurance.

Why Our Credentials Matter

Our lead carpenters have successfully passed the Massachusetts Building Codes “Construction Supervisors License,” which demonstrates the lawfully required building practices as defined by Massachusetts Law. To become a National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI)-certified remodeler (CR), the CR must pass a rigorous written examination and demonstrate 1) a strong commitment to professionalism, and 2) the experience and skills that is only gained through extensive hands-on experience.

To become a NARI-Certified Lead Carpenter (LC), the LC must have a minimum of five years of hands-on remodeling experience and must be trained in safety and professional handling of materials and installing building products. In addition, the LC must adhere to the NARI Code of Ethics & Standards and Practices. Our carpenters have successfully completed a written examination on pre-construction issues, technical knowledge, and specialty skills. Rest assured that our team has the technical knowledge and specialty skills to handle construction challenges. Also I would like to write you this note to express how grateful we are for your professionalism and fantastic service you have provided throughout this complex project under tight schedule. You have demonstrated great deal of professionalism, close involvement during planning, execution and integration, and depth of knowledge and experience during this entire project that required very tight co-ordination of so many resources.

You and your guys impressed us right from start when we met you in your office the very first time and subsequent meetings with Rich discussing end-to-end project details. We think that all of you are very detail oriented and committed to provide utmost satisfaction to your customers. All the extra efforts that you all have put in really made this project successful.
