One Man or A Remodeling Company?

I was reading an interesting article today from an industry website:
www.HowtoHireAContractor.com

The theme was what are the differences between a single person completing remodeling projects, versus a company.

There were a lot of great points, but here are a couple that pertain to our company:

They will rely on systems and best practices in the industry. Their people will be trained on how to deliver the remodeling service. Projects will be managed and systematically produced in a shorter amount of time than the smaller one man company.

We continually improve our processes, and work on raising our level of service. There are so many variables and unknowns in our profession. Every system and best practice we can employ will make us a better service provider. It will make our customers happier, and will help us earn referrals.
