Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of the National Remodeling Industry

Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) will recognize at its September Dinner Meeting

eighteen of its members who recently completed the certification process. These remodeling

professionals finished the rigorous programs that are geared to maintain high professional

standards among members of EM NARI.

Eight members became Green Certified Professionals (the newest certification program offered),

one member became a Certified Remodeler, eight members became the Certified Lead

Carpenters, and one became a Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler.

These EM MARI members have completed the two-month study program and have taken and

passed a six-hour written exam. EM NARI is also proud to announce they are one of two

chapters that currently has eight GCPs within its organization.

The NARI certification program establishes high professional standards for the remodeling

industry; standards on which homeowners can rely. The standards also ensure that the

remodeling professional you invite into your home, whom you are asking to change your home,

has participated in extensive education, testing and review.

Earning the letters is not an easy task. Here is a summary of what is required:
